Response times

Most messages are answered within two business days. Corrections with a specific page reference are usually handled faster because they need less back and forth. Weekends and public holidays add a day or two.

Tell us the page and the step that no longer matches what you see. A short description of your device and Minecraft version helps us reproduce it.

If a question keeps coming up and we have not covered it, suggest it. Topics that affect a lot of readers move up the list.

Content and licensing questions

Questions about reusing our written material, or about how we describe the launcher, are welcome.

What we cannot help with

We are an independent guide site, not the launcher's development team and not a support desk for the game.

• Bugs in PojavLauncher belong on the project's own issue tracker, where its developers can see them.
• Minecraft account, purchase and billing problems are handled by Microsoft support.
• We cannot supply accounts, game files or modified builds, and we do not respond to requests for them.
• We cannot recover a compromised account, though our safety guide explains how those compromises usually happen.

How to write a report we can act on

A short message with the right details is worth more than a long one without them. If you are reporting something that does not work, four lines are usually enough:

• The page you were following and the step that failed.
• Your device and how much RAM it has, plus the Android or iOS version.
• The Minecraft version, the Java runtime selected and whether any mods were installed.
• What appeared on screen, including the first line of any error message.

That combination lets us reproduce most problems without a round of follow-up questions, which is the difference between a fix this week and a fix next month.

If you want to quote or translate part of a guide, write to us with the page and the intended use. We are generally happy to agree to short excerpts with a link back, and we will say so quickly rather than leaving the message unanswered.
